Integrative Therapy for Trauma Recovery

Helping survivors rebuild trust in their minds and bodies through integrated therapeutic and somatic practices.

I’m Becka Horner, and I specialize in helping individuals navigate the impact of trauma and interpersonal violence through a compassionate, integrative approach.

My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and integrative. Drawing from clinical social work alongside somatic and holistic practices, I support clients in understanding how trauma lives in both the mind and body. Therapy with me is a space to slow things down, build trust, and explore patterns shaped by past experiences, without judgment or pressure to “fix” anything quickly. Together, we focus on restoring a sense of agency, safety, and self-compassion, so healing can unfold in a way that feels sustainable and authentic to you.
